What the Client Needed.
The home had 22 halogen downlights across 6 rooms, all original fittings from a 2004 renovation. Power bills were high, the halogens ran hot, and several had already started failing. The client wanted the lot replaced with LEDs in a single visit.
Two rooms, the main living area and master bedroom, also needed dimmer circuits. The existing switches weren't dimmer-compatible, so new circuits were required rather than a straight swap.
The outdoor scope was added on the site visit: a dark path from the driveway to the front door, and no lighting in the back garden. Kenny quoted the additional work on the spot and completed it the same day.

Existing Circuit Audit

Outdoor Pathway Lighting
