Refrigerant Lines Concealed Where Possible

Kenny always attempts to run refrigerant lines through the ceiling cavity — no surface-mounted pipe runs on interior walls unless the property layout makes concealment impossible.

Dedicated Electrical Circuit — Every Install

Every AC installation includes a dedicated electrical circuit from the switchboard to the outdoor unit. No sharing with other loads — protects the system and meets manufacturer requirements.

Certificate of Electrical Safety — Every Install

A Certificate of Electrical Safety is issued on completion of every air conditioning installation. Required by most manufacturers to maintain warranty validity.

Common Questions

Air Conditioning
Questions Answered.

Can the pipes be hidden inside the wall?

In most cases, yes. Kenny runs refrigerant lines through the ceiling cavity and down to the indoor head without any visible surface pipe runs inside the home. If the layout doesn't allow full concealment, he'll explain exactly what's possible before work starts, no surprises.

What Brands Does Kenny Install in Your Home?

Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, LG, and all other major brands available in Australia. Kenny doesn't restrict to a single brand, the recommendation depends on the room size, layout, and your budget.

How many zones can a multi-head system cover?

Most residential multi-head systems support 2 to 5 indoor heads from a single outdoor unit. Kenny will assess the home's layout and recommend the right configuration during the site visit.

Does the installation come with a warranty?

The equipment warranty comes from the manufacturer. Kenny's workmanship is backed by the Certificate of Electrical Safety and his commitment to a clean, compliant installation, most manufacturers also require a licensed electrical installation to validate the warranty.
