What the Client Needed.
The home had no air conditioning at all just ceiling fans. With three young kids and Melbourne summers getting hotter, the family needed a proper multi-room solution. The key constraint was aesthetics: no surface-mounted conduit or pipe runs visible anywhere inside the home.
A multi-head system was the right call, one outdoor unit, three indoor heads, all controlled independently. The client had already chosen Daikin based on a neighbour's recommendation. Kenny's job was to design the installation route and execute it cleanly.
The job ran across two days: pipe runs and electrical work on day one, indoor unit mounting and commissioning on day two. Good roof cavity clearance on this property made concealing the refrigerant lines straightforward.
